What it is
Inflection AI created Pi (the personal AI) and then pivoted to enterprise AI. Most of the team (including co-founder Mustafa Suleyman) moved to Microsoft. The remaining Inflection focuses on Inflection-3, an enterprise AI model. Primarily of historical significance now.
Best for
Historical reference in the AI landscape. The enterprise Inflection-3 model is available for API access but has limited ecosystem compared to OpenAI, Anthropic, or Google.
